Visiting Marshall for some training and was told this is THE PLACE for good BBQ. They were right! Ended up eating here 4 times. Go, try the pulled pork sandwich. Make sure to try the beans, they’re the best.

We called ahead and stopped with our transport today on our way through to Houston coming from Canada. We were craving some cat fish. We ordered two 3 piece catfish meals and were shocked when we got back to the truck and saw how much food we had! Huge portions!!! And soooo delicious. Fish is great and coleslaw was so yummy too! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal today and we have lots left over for a snack tonight. Thank you Porky’s staff for your excellent service and extra pieces of fish for our drive!!

For those die-hard Brown Pig fans, who remember the days of sitting inthe little restaurant on Hwy. 80 with a tasty BP served up with a side of fries, the pig sandwich here brings back the taste bud excitement of those days when Mr. Neely was back in the kitchen. This sandwich is bigger than the " original BP", it's stuffed full of that tasty pork delicacy. The bun is even grilled! This is now a must stop for me as I pass through Marshall!

The catfish was excellent, as well as the lady that served us. Very good food.

I work close to Porky's so we eat here often. Even when they are busy, the service is still great. This is our favorite place to eat fish, and I absolutely LOVE their Bacon Cheeseburger Salad! I get it with 1000 Island Dressing and it's like a Big Mac but a million times better! I am always stuffed to the max and still have left overs when we get one of the meals, so they definitely give you plenty to eat! Everything I have had to eat here has been delicious.

Great catfish in an unpretentious, friendly place. Feels like a lot of the customers are regulars. Well worth pulling off I20 for a great Texas bite.

We had Porky’s cater a luncheon for a group of around 40 people. From start to finish they were very helpful in planning the menu to delivering and serving. The assortment of sandwiches was perfect with sides of smoky beans and potato salad topped off with delicious banana pudding. They also provided the paper goods, cutlery and tea leaving almost nothing for us to do but enjoy! Prices are very reasonable and well worth it!

We stopped in for lunch. I had the Porky Pig sandwich with loaded mashed potatoes. The pork was very tender and tasty. The BBQ sauce was spicy and seemed hot sauce based. The loaded mashed potatoes were on point. My husband had the fried catfish sandwich and loaded mashed potatoes. He stated it was delicious. The server and cashier were very nice. I'm glad we stopped in.
